Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including lease agreements, tenant communications, maintenance logs, and financial documentation.

Stay updated on relevant landlord-tenant laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for process improvements.

Foster positive relationships with property owners, providing regular updates on property performance and addressing owner inquiries or concerns.

Collaborate with team members, including maintenance staff, administrative personnel, and external stakeholders, to ensure efficient property management operations.

Stay current with emerging technologies and software systems related to property management, and leverage them to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
